Sounds like a pain to switch from Chromecast to Device Screen and back again? Well no need to fret! Kodi Cast Toggle is here! Just download this widget (which is really just a toggling widget - no app interface), and tap the widget whenever you want to change from casting videos to your Chromecast or watch them on your device! Simple as that! So you've heard that Kodi can play nice with Chromecast now, but there's this file that you have to put in a hidden folder, and once it's there, you can't watch video on your device without deleting it! KCT will not adversely affect your battery life. If the Toggle State toast messages aren't appearing when entering the Kodi app, please try taking KCT out of Battery Optimization Mode (screenshots in play store description - red text-).
